FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS ARE BACK!
It's business as almost usual! I'm happy to announce that I will be offering face to face appointments once again, in conjunction with Telehealth services for those who prefer a phone or video consult. Sarah Pinn is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) with over 10 years clinical experience. She is passionate about healthy eating, in particular making it uncomplicated and simple to implement.
Sarah is proudly a 'weight neutral' practitioner, who believes that body weight itself should not be the sole focus of dietary intervention.
Sarah will assist you in understanding what healthy eating looks like, and how to make sustainable changes to your habits, and therefore your long term health and wellbeing. She endeavours to empower her clients to get off the dieting band-wagon once and for all!
She takes a special interest in plant-based diets and is passionate about helping her clients achieve their plant based goals whether that be simply reducing animal protein, or moving towards a fully plant-based diet.
Sarah is also interested in the field of nutritional genomics and its application in everyday practice. The days of 'one-size-fits-all' recommendations are over. Sarah has teamed up with MyDNA to offer affordable, evidence based testing to her clients.
