Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) with over 7 years clinical experience. She is passionate about healthy eating, in particular making it uncomplicated and simple to implement.
Sarah is proudly a 'weight neutral' practitioner, who believes that bodyweight itself should not be the sole focus of dietary intervention. Sarah will assist you in understanding what healthy eating looks like, and how to make sustainable changes to your habits, and therefore your long term health and wellbeing. She endeavours to empower her clients to get off the dieting band-wagon once and for all!
